How to activate the body's vital energyMetamorphic massage, a technique that aims to reactivate the body’s vital energy. It is based on self-healing and that the body has a vital impulse that is what gives you strength and health to the body. This massage works on the memory cell to the point of returning to prenatal life through massage of the feet, hands and head.

Metamorphic Massage Therapy also called Prenatal and Metamorphosis, was created by Robert St. John, reflexologist and naturopath English, who discovered a psychological map of the human being which is reflected in the foot. The two most important reference discovered by St. John are the “father” and the “mother.”

Phalangeal joint in the big toe is located the “zone of the Father” which is what is linked to the time of formation of the first cell embryo at the beginning of the cervical spine. The place of the “healthy mother is the one in the Achilles tendon and heel edges.

This type of massage works on a temporal plane beyond the symptoms of the disease in particular, and is most effective when we do this massage someone emotionally attached to us. When parents give their children this massage to connect with the true life force. (more…)

Tuesday, March 9th, 2010

A massage can be used to warm the air before a sexual encounter or to enjoy the mutual contact of erotica caress without a purpose. Whatever your preference, a massage is a way of giving and receiving pleasure.

Today I propose a different alternative to massage your partner. Instead of using a cream or massage oil, we suggest you use the hot wax from a candle. Yes, as you hear … the massage candle is made from soy wax, which is heated but not burned or becomes solid contact with the skin, allowing massaging warm with melted wax .

Enjoy the feel of hot candle oil spread through your body, feel your hands warm while your partner do pressure on your back just to stimulate every inch of your skin. A different and give a sensual massage.

Using a candle for massage:
Light the candle for about 10-15 minutes to melt the wax. When part of the wax is liquid again, extinguish the candle, and pour over the area to be massaged … back, thighs, breasts … keep in mind that the liquid wax will be hot, which will cause you erice skin of pleasure. Massage therapy

Massage is one of the oldest forms of treatment as a means to restore health. Health or well-being means to balance our vital energy, cultivate self-healing powers and their beliefs.

We are accustomed to paying attention to all external stimuli, but how long we take to reflect on ourselves, our bodies, our feelings, needs and desires? Massage therapy is one of the oldest and most important to renew contact with the art ourselves. This affects all levels of our existence and respect him as a sacred entity and smooth. Direct contact with our body to communicate with the physical-organic-bone, muscle, psychological, emotional, energetic, spiritual and social.

For its part, the body is an electromagnetic field so that our hands are electric poles. Through the power of human touch can be a new experience and “energetic” balance, which pervades all levels.

By giving and receiving massages we become more aware of this and the level of vital energy in it. This vital energy is the product of breathing and eating, is the root of life, birth, growth and change. This is also called qi or chi. The ki activate all body processes, such as the circulation of blood and other fluids, which helps to distribute in the skin, joints, muscles and organs. (more…)
