Usually we get up the trunk leaning forward, but that way we tighten the muscles over the back. To get up there the right way to follow these steps:</p>
<ol style="text-align: justify;">
<li>Lying upward bend the legs up, bending knees and hips flexed.</li>
<li>We turn to the side of the bed to lift us out, turning completely around the body. Not only the legs or trunk.</li>
<li>We took the foot of the bed and we help to move the arms slowly incorporating carefully lift the trunk completely. Once we got up we sit.</li>
<li>With these simple steps to start your day avoid the wrong foot.</li>

For those who suffer from back pain, here are some tips that may be helpful:</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">When ironing is advisable to bend one leg up on something high, like a shoebox or a low stool so that your back is not in a position so very forced.<br />
When jobs that require a high position is always preferable to something that you raise (a ladder, a chair &#8230;) before pulling force the body to get where you want.<br />
To raise a weight of soil is prohibited bend back. It should bend your legs and stretch your arms so that the back does not curve.<br />
For activities such as sweeping or scrubbing is necessary to avoid bending the back. If we want to reach difficult areas we have to play with your hands.</p>

Following their footsteps in philanthropy are Our World Network co-founders <a href="http://profiles.ucsf.edu/UCSFErrorPage.aspx?aspxerrorpath=/ProfileDetails.aspx">Robert Edwards</a> and Lynda Perry. One may be surprised to know that half of the proceeds of his revolutionary life drink Youth Juice. This 50% will go to children’s charities doing research for the prevention and fight against cancer and other diseases which children suffer from. Living up to the company philosophy of <em>Doing Well by Doing Good, </em>co-founder Lynda Perry started the charity program through her self-founded foundation named Lynda Perry Oncology Fund which aims to raise funds for therapeutic advances in childhood lymphoma and leukemia.</p>
<p>Since <a href="http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/203398.php">Robert Edwards</a> and Lynda Perry are both busy and dedicated with the marketing and management of the Our World Network, the BC Children’s Hospital, Children’s Hospital Los Angeles and thirty other health institutions in North America, Brazil and Australia will be coordinating the Lynda Perry Oncology Fund. The charitable institutions they are funding are more than gratified with the efforts and donations they have given towards them. Their brand partners and marketing affiliates are also contributory for these generous efforts. With the diligence of everybody constituting the company, from the management team to the network affiliates, they have been able to help fund the development of therapies and research that can prevent and treat leukemia and lymphoma to improve the lives of young people suffering from diseases.</p>
<p>YJ Sciences is the company producing Youth Juice. It is one of the companies which are under the Our World Network taking operations in Canada and United States. The company is dedicated in bringing personal health to their customers and financial stability to their affiliate marketers under their multi-level marketing program. The Youth Juice is considered a life drink as it contains seven ponds of seven of the most important berries of the world extracted into a bottle of juice that can regulate, improve and maintain the health of the drinker overall.</p>
<p>Lynda Perry and Robert Edwards believe that their product can be best appreciated by people when they are sold through person-to-person marketing techniques instead of the usual convenience store. They believe on the power of ever individual to sell a product through an information-rich marketing strategy of a product that sells like hot potatoes.</p>

Massaging this area may also help relieve tension in the face and neck, and can help promote sleep, lower stress load, making the experience even more beneficial.</p>
<p><em><strong>Instructions</strong></em><br />
1. Sitting or standing head up the receiver, you should be reclined or lying down, standing or sitting behind the receiver.<br />
2. Make sure the hair is not wet. You may prefer to use a lotion or oil during the massage. Always ask the person if this is right first, as some do not want, because the hair may be dirty.<br />
3. Begin the massage slowly, gently running his fingers yolks through the hair and face.<br />
4. Stroking along the scalp from the forehead to the back of the head, with a repetitive motion. Repeat this step, this time from the sides of the head to the top.<br />
5. Place your thumbs on the top or back of the head. Massage with your fingers in small circles move across the scalp.<br />

<p style="text-align: justify;">This is especially for people who work with their arms all day, or for people who sit behind the desk. In a few simple steps, you will be able to give a shoulder massage effectively.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Difficulty: Easy</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Instructions</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">1 Start with the sitting position. This should be a vertical position. A chair or sofa back might work very well.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">2 Start the massage at the neck. Both hands should be used. Take your finger and apply pressure on either side of the neck. Then, move in a circular motion until the fingers of both hands touching. Make sure you apply good pressure, but not to press for pain.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">3 Move down to the base of the neck. Continue in a circular motion with just your fingers. Once you have reached the base of the neck, returned with the same exercise up.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">4 Massage the shoulders to the back side. Use your fingers in a grasping motion. This should be done with both hands. Be sure to massage only back muscle.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">5 Massage your shoulders to the sides by the biceps and triceps. Use your fingers in a soft grip movement. This should be done with both hands.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">6 Repeat steps 1 through 5 until you are completely relaxed and your muscles are loose.</p>
