<p><em><strong>Instructions</strong></em><br />
1. Sitting or standing head up the receiver, you should be reclined or lying down, standing or sitting behind the receiver.<br />
2. Make sure the hair is not wet. You may prefer to use a lotion or oil during the massage. Always ask the person if this is right first, as some do not want, because the hair may be dirty.<br />
3. Begin the massage slowly, gently running his fingers yolks through the hair and face.<br />
4. Stroking along the scalp from the forehead to the back of the head, with a repetitive motion. Repeat this step, this time from the sides of the head to the top.<br />

<p style="text-align: justify;">This is especially for people who work with their arms all day, or for people who sit behind the desk. In a few simple steps, you will be able to give a shoulder massage effectively.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Difficulty: Easy</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Instructions</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">1 Start with the sitting position. This should be a vertical position. A chair or sofa back might work very well.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">2 Start the massage at the neck. Both hands should be used. Take your finger and apply pressure on either side of the neck. Then, move in a circular motion until the fingers of both hands touching. Make sure you apply good pressure, but not to press for pain.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">3 Move down to the base of the neck. Continue in a circular motion with just your fingers. Once you have reached the base of the neck, returned with the same exercise up.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">4 Massage the shoulders to the back side. Use your fingers in a grasping motion. This should be done with both hands. Be sure to massage only back muscle.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">5 Massage your shoulders to the sides by the biceps and triceps. Use your fingers in a soft grip movement. This should be done with both hands.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">6 Repeat steps 1 through 5 until you are completely relaxed and your muscles are loose.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Most injuries occur in these joints as a result of repetitive stress or trauma. A common form of joint injuries is the ankle sprain, which occurs when the ligaments that hold the ankle together are torn or stretched, often occur during sports activities.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Symptoms associated with a sprained ankle are commonly known, which include pain in the injured area, swelling and inability to bear weight on the area, also sometimes redness. The diagnosis is made with the use of imaging technology like x-rays, MRI and CT scans. Treatment consists in reducing the activity, splints and walking aids such as crutches. Techniques are also used in physiotherapy and surgery is necessary only in severe cases.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The shoulder is made up of three bones: the clavicle, scapula (shoulder blade) and humerus. The socket joint is formed by the scapula and clavicle, humerus lies within that stream. A shoulder separation occurs when the collarbone is separated from the joint. This is also called the AC separation.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Shoulder separations is an injury to the common and joint, and often occur during sports such as rugby and football. They are also commonly caused by falling off a bicycle. Shoulder separations occur in the acromioclavicular (AC), which are at the top of the shoulder.</p>
